Single purchases (such as exclusive collections) are available on your order page right after checkout, in your confirmation email and in My downloads, where you can download them again at any time.

On Windows, right-click the file and choose Extract All. On a Mac, double-click it. On iPhone and iPad, open the Files app and tap the ZIP. On Android, use the Files by Google app and tap Extract. Our download guide has step-by-step help.

No credits and no monthly caps. Members can download as much as they need for their own projects; a generous daily fair-use limit only exists to stop automated scraping. Single purchases can be re-downloaded from your account whenever you like.

Make sure you are signed in with the email you used at checkout, then try again in another browser or on a computer — some in-app browsers (for example inside Instagram or Facebook) block downloads. If it still does not work, contact us with the product name and we will send the files another way.

Yes. Upload the SVG file to Cricut Design Space (desktop or app). In Silhouette Studio Basic Edition, open the DXF file; Designer Edition and above can open SVG directly. The same files work with Brother ScanNCut, Glowforge, LightBurn and most laser software.

Our embroidery designs are made for home and commercial embroidery machines — Brother, Baby Lock, Janome, Tajima, Bernina, Melco, Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, Singer and more. Copy the file for your machine to a USB stick or transfer it with your machine's app. We always recommend a test stitch-out on similar fabric first.

Absolutely. PNG and JPG files can be uploaded to Canva and imported into Procreate, Photoshop, Affinity or any design app. Printable planners and journals are PDFs you can import into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf or Xodo for digital planning.

Yes — downloads work on iPhone, iPad and Android. Files are saved to your Files or Downloads folder. For cutting and embroidery software we recommend a computer, because some apps cannot open files from a phone's storage.

All Access is our membership. One subscription unlocks unlimited downloads from the whole library — including every new design we add each week — with a commercial license on everything that carries one. You can choose a weekly or monthly plan on the pricing page.

New members get a free trial on their first membership: you add a card or Apple Pay / Google Pay, pay $0 today and can start downloading immediately. When the trial ends, your membership renews automatically at the plan price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial length for each plan is shown on the pricing page. Free trials are for new members only.

Cancel any time in two clicks from Account → Membership — no cancellation fees and no emails to write. If you cancel a paid membership, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, the trial ends right away and you will not be charged.

A few premium collections are marked Exclusive. They are sold individually at their own price and are not included in All Access. Once purchased, they are yours to download from your account.

Yes. Designs with a commercial license can be used on physical products you sell — shirts, mugs, tumblers, stickers, cards, embroidered items, printed planners and more — including print-on-demand, within the limits of our license. What you cannot do is sell, share or give away the digital files themselves.

No attribution is required. If you would like to tag us on social media, we would love to see what you made!

Yes. Anything you downloaded while you were a member stays licensed to you, and products you already made can continue to be sold. You just can't download new files once your membership has ended.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and most debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars.

Because files are delivered instantly, digital purchases are generally final. We will always make it right if a file is faulty, if you were charged twice, or if you have not downloaded your purchase yet. Details are in our refund policy.

No. Your account is created automatically at checkout, and you can sign in with a secure one-time link sent to your email — no password to remember. If you prefer, you can set a password in account settings.
