License & commercial use

We want you to create — and sell — beautiful things. This page explains what you may do with designs from Craftora. Each product page shows which license applies to that design: Personal, Commercial or Extended.

Personal use license

Applies to designs marked Personal use (for example some printable planners and workbooks).

• Use the design for your own projects, home, classroom or family, and for gifts.
• Print as many copies as you need for yourself.
• You may not sell items made with personal-use designs.

Commercial license

Included with most designs in the library and with every download made through All Access (for designs that carry it).

• Sell physical products you make with the design: shirts, mugs, tumblers, stickers, cards, invitations, embroidered items, cut vinyl, laser-cut and 3D-printed items, printed planners and more.
• Use the design for client work, such as a birthday invitation or shirts for a local business.
• Use the design in your own marketing and product photos.
• Print-on-demand is allowed when the design is printed on a physical product and your customers cannot download the file. Up to 5,000 units per design in total (handmade and print-on-demand combined) are covered by the commercial license.
• You may create new digital products only when the design is a small part of a significantly different work (for example a planner you designed that uses a few of our elements), flattened so the original elements cannot be extracted.

Extended license

Included with designs marked Extended license (such as some exclusive collections).

• Everything in the commercial license, with no unit limit for physical and print-on-demand products.
• Use in larger print runs, fabric and wallpaper designs, puzzles and packaging.

What is never allowed

• Reselling, sharing, giving away or redistributing the digital files — on their own, in bundles, altered or unaltered, paid or free.
• Uploading the files to shared drives, marketplaces, file-sharing sites or anywhere others can download them.
• Selling the designs as digital downloads, printable clipart, sticker PNGs or templates, even if recolored or resized.
• Using the designs as part of a logo or trademark, or registering them as your own.
• Using the files to train AI models or to create NFTs.

After your membership ends

Designs you downloaded while you were a member remain licensed to you under the license shown on the product page, and you can keep selling products you already made. You cannot download new files after your membership ends.

Attribution

No credit is required. You are responsible for making sure your finished products do not use third-party trademarks or characters.
