These terms apply to your use of Craftora, to every purchase and to every All Access membership. By using the site you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
1. Your account
An account is created with your email address at checkout or when you register. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for everything done through your account. Please give us a valid email address — it is how we deliver files, receipts and sign-in links. Accounts are personal and may not be shared outside your household.
2. Digital products
All products are digital downloads delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. Product pages describe each design and show its license. Your use of each design is governed by our license and the license shown on the product page. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, but the price at checkout applies to your order.
3. All Access memberships and free trials
- A membership gives you access to download the designs included in All Access for as long as your membership is active. Exclusive designs are sold separately and are not included.
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the plan price shown at checkout until you cancel.
- Free trials are available once per customer. A payment method is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts into a paid membership and your payment method is charged.
- You can cancel any time from your account. A paid membership stays active until the end of the period already paid for; cancelling during a free trial ends the trial and access immediately, without any charge.
- We may change plan prices with advance notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period and you can cancel before then.
4. Fair use
Downloads are for your own creative work. Automated or bulk downloading, scraping, sharing accounts, reselling access or circumventing download protections is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund. Reasonable daily download limits protect the library from abuse.
5. Intellectual property
All designs remain the property of Craftora and its artists. A purchase or membership grants you a license to use them, not ownership of the design or copyright. If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, please send a notice to [email protected] with the details of the work, where it appears on our site, and your contact information.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing a payment method you authorize us to charge it for purchases and for recurring membership fees. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and suspend downloads until the payment is updated.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Files are provided "as is". We test our designs carefully, but results depend on your equipment, materials and settings, so always do a test before production. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page; significant changes will be announced by email or on the site before they take effect.
